Product: TapNeat – Cloud Based Billing Software for Cafes and Restaurants

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of TapNeat ("Software/Platform"). By registering, subscribing, or using TapNeat, you ("Customer/User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

  • TapNeat is a cloud-based billing, management, and ordering solution designed for cafes and restaurants.
  • Key features include: Smart Dashboard, Billing (Dine-In, Takeaway, Delivery), Staff & Inventory Management, Customer Ordering App, Delivery App, Coupons & Food Coin System, and other tools as per your subscription plan.
  • Cloud Matrix Technologies reserves the right to add, update, or discontinue features to improve the platform.

3. Subscription & Payment

  • TapNeat is provided on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly).
  • Subscription fees must be paid in advance.
  • All payments are non-refundable once the subscription is activated.
  • Pricing may change with prior notice to existing customers.
  • Discounts, offers, and Food Coins are subject to company policies.

4. Account & Security

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Any activity on your account is considered authorized by you.
  • Sharing login credentials outside your business is strictly prohibited.

5. Data & Privacy

  • Cloud Matrix Technologies respects your data privacy.
  • Business data such as sales, menus, inventory, staff details, and customers will remain confidential.
  • We do not sell, misuse, or share your data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
  • Users are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the platform.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate registration and business details.
  • Ensure compliance with local food, tax, and business regulations.
  • Use TapNeat only for lawful business operations.
  • Avoid misuse, fraudulent use, or attempts to reverse-engineer the platform.

7. Software Usage & License

  • TapNeat is licensed, not sold.
  • The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable.
  • Customers may not copy, resell, or redistribute the software without written permission from Cloud Matrix Technologies.

8. Support & Maintenance

  • Standard support is available during business hours.
  • Premium users may receive priority 24/7 support.
  • Cloud Matrix Technologies may schedule maintenance, which can temporarily affect access.

9. Limitation of Liability

TapNeat is provided "as is" and "as available". Cloud Matrix Technologies is not liable for losses including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Data loss caused by user-side issues or third-party providers

Our maximum liability will not exceed the subscription fee paid in the last 3 months.

10. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Non-payment
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Misuse or illegal activities

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. Data may be retained for a limited period as per policy.

11. Food Coin Policy

  • 1 Food Coin = ₹1.
  • Food Coins earned through referrals or purchases can be used only for TapNeat subscription renewals.
  • Food Coins are non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to company rules.

12. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property, including software code, logos, designs, and trademarks, belong to Cloud Matrix Technologies.
  • Users may not use our intellectual property without permission.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.

14. Changes to Terms

  • Cloud Matrix Technologies may update these Terms at any time.
  • Continued usage of TapNeat after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
